FLOATATION
Here again at Blue Mountain Anglers we carry only the best in available products, including the floation devices you will use in stillwater, and over the rapids. When you start shopping for a floation device we suggest that you consider where you are planning to float. There are allot of products on the market, but when we sit them side by side we have found that some products are really lacking in their design and quality, and they are cheap. It's your sport, don't sell yourself short...go for the best your money will buy and have fun. We have a wide assortment of stillwater, and white water floation devices which include float tubes, pontoon boats (one, and two men) and white water rafts for a crowd. We will not be undersold by any reputable dealer of Buck's Bags, Northwest River System, or Outcast floation devices. Our pricing is very competitive; with the other guys' glossy colored catalogs being our guidelines of overpriced products. We do follow the manufacturers suggested minimum retail for articles determined by that pricing structure.
Blue Mountain Anglers offers a Umatilla River boat shuttle service ($25.00 per rig), call to get a river report, and make an appointment to have your rigs shuttled down the river. The Umatilla River can be floated easily for trout, steelhead or salmon at 350 cfs in a pontoon boat, and 475 cfs in a driftboat.
